Foot baths
Fill a tub or bucket of warm water and add a few drops of moisturizing oil. Do you need a suggestion? Try a bath oil formulated with argan oil! This method will both moisturize your feet and reduce the intensity of the day.
Peeling
Apply a peeling to your feet as you exfoliate to remove dead skin cells from your face and body. Apply a product of your choice to your heels, toes and the sides of your feet to gently remove dead skin and reveal soft skin.
Dampen
You may have removed the dead skin cells, but you're not done yet. Using a moisturizing product made especially for your feet and giving your feet the moisture they lost; it will prevent dry skin and cracks.
Choosing shoes
Friction on the sole and heels while walking and running can cause increased dryness. Be sure to always wear suitable footwear, with socks that absorb moisture to prevent dead skin from forming.
