Let's start with the hands, because they suddenly encountered a lot of chemicals and water. Our hands are miserable. 1 teaspoon of yogurt

3-4 drops of lemon

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

Mix all the ingredients and massage your hands thoroughly. After rubbing your hands thoroughly for 5 minutes, wash your hands with hot water.

Then for the mask;

1/4 slice of avocado, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey, 3-4 drops of lemon. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly so that the residue of avocado remains. Apply this mask on your hands and wrists. Open and relax a favorite music for 10 minutes. Then wash your hands with hot water again. Then massage thoroughly with an oily cream like petroleum jelly.
