Qrammatika:

İndiki davamedici zaman - Present continuous

İndiki davamedici zaman hər hansı bir hadisənin indi,danışıq anında  baş verdiyini bildirmək üçün istifadə olunur.

Qrammatik strukturu to be köməkçi felinin indiki zaman formaları (am, is, are) ve fel+ə “ing” şəkilçisi əlavə etməklə düzəldilir.

I am learning English.-Mən indi İngilis dilini öyrənirəm.

She's eating. -- O yemək yeyir. (O, indi yemək yeyir.)

It's raining. -- Yağış yağır. (Yağış indi yağır.)

They're running. -- Onlar qaçırlar. (Onlar hal-hazırda qaçırlar.)

Qeyd:İnkarda qısaltmalar aşağıdakı kimi də olur:
I'm not going,
you're not going,
he's not going etc 

Qeyd: Əgər felin sonu "e" hərfi ilə bitirsə, bu hərf atılır və sonra -ing şəkilçisi əlavə olunur. Məsələn: come -> coming; dance -> dancing. Əgər təkhecalı, qısa feldirsə və sonu samitlə bitirsə bu fel qoşalaşır və daha sonra -ing şəkilçisi əlavə olunur. Məsələn: run -> running; swim -> swimming. Əgər felin sonu "ie" hərfləri ilə bitirsə onda bu hərflər atılır "y" hərfi əlavə olunur və daha sonra -ing şəkilçisi əlavə olunur. Məsələn lie -> lying.  

 

İndiki davam edici zaman üçün spesifik olan bir sıra sözlər mövcuddur: look, listen, now, at the moment, still, at present və s. 

Look! He is jumping over the river.
Listen! Is baby crying?
They are watching TV now.
Children are playing checkers at the moment.
I’m still cooking a dinner.
He’s working on this project at present.

Present Continuous Tense-də İstifadə olunmayan Fellər:

Aşağıda qeyd olunmuş fellər Davamedici zamanda işlənməzlər (ümumiyyətlə istər inidki, istərsə də keçmiş və ya gələcək davamedici zaman olsun, fərq etmir). Çünki bu fellər hərəkət və hadisələri deyil, zehni və duyğu, düşüncə ilə bağlı hərəkətləri ifadə edir.

look (=resemble), seem, be (in most cases/bir çox hallarda), have (when it means to possess/malik olmaq mənasında)*

Notlar:

1. hiss bildirən fellər (see, hear, feel, taste, smell) çox zaman 'can' modal feli ilə işlənir.
Məsələn: I can see... I can hear...

2. * Bu fellər Present Continuous Tense'də istifadə oluna bilər, sadəcə fərqli bir mənada: Müqayisə edək:

a. This coat feels nice and warm. (= burada paltonun keyfiyyətini hiss etdiririk)
b. John's feeling much better now (= John'un sağlamlığı yaxşıya doğru gedir)

a. She has three dogs and a cat. (=burada have malik olmaq,sahiblik məasindadır)
b. She's having supper. (= burada have=yemək yemək mənasında işlənir, O axşam yeməyi yeyir)

a. I can see Anthony in the garden (=burada see-görmək mənasında işlənir-hiss, görmək duyğusu)
b. I'm seeing Anthony later (= burada see-Görüşmək mənasında işlənir)
